Order Policy
1) The price is not including shipping cost . The shipping charges will be calculated case by case depending on quantity. Shipping charges will be paid by buyer. Bettas will be sent via EMS Express Mail Service which is a service whereby the Communications Authority of Thailand (CAT).
2) Packing: The bettas are not fed one day prior to shipping to eliminate waste production during their trip. Bettas will be packed in separated plastic bags with appropriate amount of clear water. Oxygen will be pumped into each bag if necessary cover with paper bag and wrapped with a rubber band. Each bag of fish carefully arrays into an appropriated Styrofoam to fit the number of fish of each box.
3) Payment shall be made by the following methods:-

5) I guarantee live of fish during transportation, incase of dead Please send me the photo of DOA betta in an unopened bag within 24 hrs to me. I will replace the new fish or return the money back but not including the shipping cost.
US Shipping
Fish will be shipped by Air Cargo Service to transhipper to avoid any custom issues. My transhipper will ship them to you via fedex or USPS overnight upon receiving confirmation on perferred shipping date and address.
